Gamma provides communications products and services across the UK and Europe. We specialise in business-to-business communications, and it is our mission to make communication more human.
Business communications include everything from phone calls, broadband connectivity, chat and video conferencing to network and asset management and call centre infrastructure. For over 20 years we have built a comprehensive portfolio including market leading products and invested significantly in our support and services functions making us the communications provider of choice for thousands of businesses, varied in size.
Our customers come to us, and rely on us, to deliver solutions for a variety of needs, and these needs can change as their business evolves or can emerge as a direct consequence of macro market drivers like changing technology, global events, legislation, or customer demand. - On which stock exchange is Gamma listed?
Gamma is listed in the UK and has been admitted to trading on AIM – the Alternative Investment Market. Gamma was listed on 10 October 2014.
How do I buy or sell Gamma shares?Shares cannot be bought directly through Gamma but can be purchased through your bank or stockbroker. When does Gamma report its financial results?Gamma’s financial year ends on 31 December. Annual results for the financial year are usually announced in March of the following year.
In addition, Gamma reports interim results for the six months to 30 June each year, which are usually announced in September.
Are Gamma’s results presentation available online?Gamma publishes a recording of results presentations online after the event. These can be accessed via the Results and Presentations page.

When is the Annual General Meeting held?Gamma’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is usually held in May each year. Please see our financial calendar to check when the next AGM is to be held.

How do I know if it’s a genuine offer?Shareholders should be aware that fraudsters may try and use high pressure tactics to lure investors into share scams. Dividends
What is Gamma’s dividend policy?Gamma remains committed to a progressive dividend policy which has seen the dividend increase by between 10-15% every year since our IPO in 2014. Gamma has paid one third of the dividend as an interim dividend with the final two thirds as a final dividend once the results for the full year are known. We intend to continue this policy. Can I receive dividends directly in to my bank account?If you would like to receive your dividends directly into your UK bank account or building society account, you can do so by registering for an account at Signal Shares at www.signalshares.com, enter Gamma Communications plc, then follow the instructions. Will I receive a confirmation when a dividend is paid?Dividend confirmations are sent in hard copy in the post on each dividend mailing date. It will be attached to your dividend cheque if you receive your dividends by cheque, or you will receive a separate dividend confirmation if you receive your dividends directly into your bank account.
